Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Rates & Options
  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will apply.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, with rates calculated based on your location and selected delivery speed.
  1. Shipping Times
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas).

Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number through the shipping carrier’s website.

Returns & Exchanges

At Zen Dermatology, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

  • You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Products must be in their original packaging, and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  1. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email our customer service team at info@zendermatology.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  2. Exchanges If you'd like to exchange a product, please contact us at info@zendermatology.com with your order details. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We’ll send out your new product once we’ve received the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us at info@zendermatology.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly send a replacement or provide a refund once the issue has been resolved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers
  • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
